Take the numbers with you.

Every figure on this site is public, sourced and dated. These are the same figures, sized for a phone — so they can be posted, sent on, or put in a slide without losing where they came from.

Each card carries its own citation. Nothing here is a Sammati result: they are the conditions Sammati exists to work on, drawn from WHO, the National Crime Records Bureau, the National Mental Health Survey, ASER and UDISE+.

The mental health cards carry the Tele-MANAS helpline in the image. Please do not crop it out.

If you or someone you know needs mental health support right now, Tele-MANAS is free, confidential and available 24×7: 14416 · 1-800-891-4416

Using these

These are free to post, print or put in a slide, with or without credit to Sammati. The one thing we ask is that the citation stays in frame: the numbers do the work precisely because anyone can check them.

Nothing here is a Sammati result. Every card describes the conditions Sammati exists to work on, and every figure is listed with its source on the crisis. If a newer round of any of these surveys has been published and this page has not caught up, please tell us at sammatifoundationtrust@gmail.com.
